Hayley J Aesthetics is a Gold Coast cosmetic injectable clinic built on genuine care, considered treatment, and a team who take the time to listen before they treat.
What began as Hayley's own clinic has grown into a small, dedicated team spanning skin therapies, cosmetic services, nursing, and surgical expertise, all working from the same principle: your treatment plan should be built around you, not a menu of add-ons.
Every client starts with a proper conversation. We're upfront about what a treatment can realistically do, and just as upfront when something isn't the right fit for you. That honesty, paired with a space that feels comfortable rather than clinical, is what HJA is built on.

Sue brings an incredible 38 years of experience to HJA, having trained internationally in advanced dermal therapies and skin education.
She takes a personalised approach with every client, drawing on decades of knowledge to support healthier, more radiant-looking skin.

With over 2 years in cosmetic nursing, Nurse Brit has a special interest in personalised, full-face treatment planning using volumising injectable treatments, with a focus on facial balance, proportion, and natural-looking results. Every treatment follows a thorough consultation and clinical assessment.
