Yes. Every cosmetic injectable is prescribed following a consultation with your practitioner, either in person or via video call, each and every time.

All treatments (cosmetic and skin) require a consultation. During this we encourage an open conversation and are available for you to ask any questions, but there's never any pressure to proceed if you are unsure.

We ask that you arrive to your consultation or appointment with clean skin where possible, and let us know at your consultation about any medications, allergies, or upcoming events.

We are located at Shop 8/57 Thomas Drive, Surfers Paradise 4217 QLD.
You will find us upstairs in the Somerset House Shopping Plaza, behind BW Hair Studios.

Yes, there is free street parking available.

For all new patients, following your initial consultation, full payment for first service is required prior to your appointment.
For existing patients, a deposit of is required to secure all appointments. This amount will be credited to your appointment on the day.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Please note, any cancellations or rescheduling made within a 24 hour window of your appointment will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

Please call the clinic 0448 002 307 ahead if you’re running late. Arriving more than 5 minutes late may mean we need to shorten or reschedule your treatment to stay on time for other patients.
