SECURING YOUR BOOKING
A booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount is redeemable on the day of your treatment and will be deducted from your total appointment cost.
We allocate dedicated time for each client to ensure your consultation and treatment experience is never rushed.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. For no-shows, or less than 24 hours notice to change or cancel, will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

COSMETIC CONSULTATIONS
In line with AHRPA and TGA guidelines, individual prescription-only cosmetic treatments are not listed on our website.

Depending on the treatment you are booking, our team may provide pre-appointment guidance such as avoiding certain activities, products, or treatments prior to your visit.
